W/p ??
Some years ago I saw lots of obsidian armor wearing warriors had W/P, is this only bcs of the skill endure armory for longer lasting shouts and stuff, or do they use other skills (dont need whole builds since i cannot ask that)??do they actually were a spear?? since it was 2 years ago i dont know if its now still good to use.

A war/para spear chucker can be viable. But most of them are godmode warriors with enduring harmony to help try and keep up fgj.
If you search for godmode warrior you should find the specific build most of them were using.

A lot of wars go W/P Stunning Strike SY spam when pugging as a substitute for imbagon since they're so damn hard to find.

Wild throw and song of concentration on pvp hammer builds.
W/P is used for a lot of things.

Yeah, They were either spear chuckers or Godmode warriors one of my fav builds to run IMO. you also shouldn't be judging peoples knowledge of the game by having Obsidian armor if that's what you were doing? Trust me it means nothing.

A while ago getting Obsidian armor was not that hard. All it really takes is the determination to save up and a newbie that thinks his UW build is totally awesome and will use it continually until he finally grows bored of it. Ectos used to be worth double what they are now.
It should be noted 9 or so points in command usually amounts to some party support.

It's the same reason HB is preferred over UA. And p/w isn't better for a higher spear attribute, it's for TNtF! damage reduction.

Are your referring to W/P spear chuckers? In that case, Wars are inferior to Paras. If you're comparing the combination, W/P and P/W play similar but different roles. W/P runs SY because it fits flawlessly with DSlash; with damage/shutdown via. KD being the first priority and SY being second (not to say that they aren't efficient at keeping it up though). P/W is a midliner and has TntF!, so they're better defensive units (again, not to say they don't produce a bit of damage).

Well, Warriors have access to Flail, Enraging Charge and have Armor Piercing. As a straight-up Spear Chucker, a Warrior is easily comparable.
Once you toss in some shout support, then the Paragon takes the lead easily.
